1. Information NeroFetch Handles
1.1 Authentication Information
NeroFetch is a browser extension that allows users to send media URLs from supported websites to a Monloader server configured by the user. NeroFetch stores the API token provided by the user for their Monloader server.
1.2 Website Content
When the user explicitly initiates a download through NeroFetch, the extension may process the URL of the selected media, link, or webpage. These URLs are sent to the Monloader server configured by the user in order to create and monitor download jobs. NeroFetch does not maintain a history of websites visited by the user.
2. How Information Is Used
Information handled by NeroFetch is used solely to provide the extension's functionality, including: - Connecting to the user's configured Monloader server. - Authenticating requests using the user's API token. - Sending user-selected URLs to Monloader. - Monitoring download job status. - Displaying download progress and results to the user. - NeroFetch does not use this information for advertising, behavioral tracking, profiling, or unrelated purposes.
3. Data Storage
NeroFetch stores configuration information, including the Monloader server URL, API token, and user-selected download settings, using the browser's local extension storage. NeroFetch does not operate a separate cloud service for storing this information.
4. Data Sharing
NeroFetch does not sell, rent, or otherwise provide user data to advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties. URLs and authentication credentials are transmitted only as necessary to communicate with the Monloader server configured by the user. The Monloader server may be operated by the user or by a third party chosen by the user. Users should review the privacy practices of their configured Monloader server.
5. Data Collection and Tracking
NeroFetch does not use advertising trackers, analytics services, or third-party behavioral tracking. NeroFetch does not collect or maintain browsing history, keystrokes, mouse movements, or other unrelated user activity.
6. Data Security
NeroFetch uses HTTPS when communicating with Monloader servers that support HTTPS. Users may also configure NeroFetch to communicate with a local or private Monloader server. Users are responsible for securing their configured Monloader server and API credentials.
7. User Control
Users can remove their stored NeroFetch configuration by clearing the extension's stored data or uninstalling the extension. Users can also change or remove their configured Monloader server and API token through the NeroFetch options.
8. Changes to This Policy
This privacy policy may be updated when NeroFetch's functionality or data practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this policy will be updated when changes are made.
